U Light
The bollard U LIGHT 1 with LED is made in steel, more specifically in tubular steel 152 mm diam. and 3 mm thick, laser-cut on the upper part with an inclination of 45°, where a plate, welded through continuous welding and later polished so that it’s seamless, is fixed. On the base of the bollard a flange with 4 holes, 11 mm diam., is welded for the fixing to the ground through specific bolts (not provided). The version for the fixing through cementation is provided with an under flange extension of 250 mm and the flange comes with no holes. In the tubular steel there’s a loop of dimensions 10xH 200 mm, which a plate in opal polycarbonate is applied to. Inside the bollard, a structure in galvanized steel with the led lights is placed.
This product is entirely made in Italy from steel subjected to an electrolytic galvanising cycle and subsequently painted with PP powders with Ral colour of your choice.
The galvanized steel used is steel EN10346DX51D+Z and, unless otherwise stated, is not painted.
